SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
Does your equipment violate shipping regulations?
— The equipment is free for transfer, shipping, mailing, buying, and selling.
Will there be issues upon receiving the parcel (customs)?
— As long as you don't reveal the purpose of this equipment yourself, no one can prove otherwise. Parcels are scanned only during customs clearance to detect commercial lots, weapons, or illegal substances. There is nothing prohibited in our equipment. All parcels are declared as a "Personal Gift" or "metal detail / electronics".
Will the magnetic detacher stick to things during delivery?
— We know exactly what we are shipping and pack every parcel in voluminous and dense material (shielding) so the magnetic field does not exceed allowable characteristics outside the packaging. You have nothing to worry about.
Will the parcel cross the border to another country?
— Yes, parcels always have an international tracking number. Over 10+ years, we have encountered lost parcels only 4 times. For European and overseas countries, delivery often originates from our warehouse in Poland (EU), which eliminates customs issues within the European Union.
Can you ship via DHL, FedEx, etc.?
— ABSOLUTELY NOT. Parcels outside of RU are sent only via EMS and Polish/Russian Post. Courier services like DHL/FedEx create massive customs clearance problems for individuals. Neither of us needs that.
PAYMENT AND ORDERING
What payment methods do you accept?
— It depends on which country you are in:
RU: Cards of any banks, SBP, Cryptocurrency (USDT).
CIS: Zolotaya Korona, Cryptocurrency.
Worldwide: Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20/ERC20), some direct transfers to EU bank cards.
I provide exact details directly during the ordering process.
How does the ordering process work?
— In short:
1. Message me the item you need and the destination country.
2. I provide payment details and the total amount.
3. You make the payment.
4. You send the recipient data.
5. You receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours.
6. You wait for and collect the parcel.
Why don't you work with PayPal?
— PayPal actively blocks accounts related to our niche. All possible passport data (mine, employees, relatives) has long been "burned" by this system. We use more reliable methods that cannot be blocked by a complaint.
I want to buy a large batch, is there a discount?
— Yes, I always support wholesale buyers and resellers. But that is no reason to ask for a discount on a first order "for testing".
DETACHERS AND MAGNETS
What is the detacher coated with? Does it smudge?
— It is a special epoxy compound. Once cured, it is hard as rock and doesn't smudge. The magnets are compressed with immense force; without this fixation (and the outer steel ring), the detacher could shatter upon impact, causing injury or failing to work.
Can the detacher break anything (phone, card)?
— Chips in cards are not affected by magnets. However, keep your phone away: the powerful field can damage speakers, camera modules (optical stabilization), or vibration motors. Do not carry them in the same pocket.
I bought a detacher elsewhere, and it won't open tags...
— If you send a photo of the tag, I'll tell you exactly what equipment is needed. If it's a Chinese fake from AliExpress — don't expect miracles. I only guarantee effectiveness for my own equipment.
JAMMERS AND FABRICS
Why do I need jammers if I have a magnet?
— Remember the process: take an item, go to a blind spot, remove the tag, find all hidden markers, get rid of evidence... You can get caught at any stage.
Now imagine: you just walk in, take it, and walk out through the gates. The gates are "off" for you. Feel the difference?
Why do I need to know all this theory about AM and RF?
— If you're asking this, I believe you don't need to know anything. Grab a stick and keep digging a hole while looking at a nearby excavator as something "too complicated." Without understanding the technology, you won't be able to use it effectively.
How to make foil armor?
— Ask Google. Use search settings. Learn to find information on your own. Then read our article on why foil is a path to failure in a modern store.
Can I buy a finished bag made from your fabric?
— Yes, we make custom bags and pouches, and we can also sew fabric into almost any of your bags or backpacks with maximum quality and stealth.
Is there a warranty on devices?
— Absolutely.
Jammers: 1-year warranty. In case of failure, it's in our interest to identify the problem to improve future versions.
Detachers: 6-month warranty.
TRAVEL AND THE LAW
How to transport tools on a plane?
Magnets: Prohibited in carry-on (they might be confiscated); better in checked baggage, but shield them well.
Jammers (PowerBank): CATEGORICALLY PROHIBITED in checked baggage! Carry-on only (Li-Ion battery regulations). If asked — it's just your phone charger.
What's the best way to carry a magnet? Pocket or bag?
— The ideal place is on some metal part of your person (e.g., inside of a belt buckle). The magnet will stick to it and won't rattle against keys or stick to store shelves. Wear the powerful side facing your body.
Is this legal? Does the police hunt you?
— Everything we sell does not violate current legislation (circulation rules).
Detachers — just strong magnets.
Fabrics — just fabric with a specialized coating.
Jammers — classified as signal generators, but they do not affect prohibited military/special frequencies and do not exceed the power limits for radio-electronic devices.
ABOUT US AND PHILOSOPHY
Is local pickup / personal meeting possible?
— We are located in Vologda. We are open people, but visits take up too much time. If you are willing to travel 500-700 km just to make sure we exist — welcome, but it's better to just study the ABOUT US section.
Why are some of your videos deleted?
— Over the years, YouTube has banned about 20 of our channels. Anti-theft companies file complaints because our videos cause reputational damage (showing their systems are vulnerable). We upload them again and again.
How to build a device myself? Give me a schematic.
— I don't reveal secrets; these are my inventions. If I published everything for hype, I wouldn't have the funds to develop new devices (high-quality fabric, reliable jammers, software). Buying from us is an investment in the further development of technology for everyone.
Why do I constantly send everyone to read the website?
— The site was created not as a storefront, but as a knowledge base. In a chat, I cannot explain AM system physics better than I did in an article I spent a week writing and editing.
