Since 2023, we have deployed a logistics hub and made most of our inventory available at our warehouse in Poland (European Union). If an item is in stock at this location, delivery to other countries is as fast and secure as possible!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (FROM EUROPE)
WHY THESE SHIPPING COSTS IN 2024+?
We haven't raised prices on most products for over 6-10 years, but due to inflation, we can no longer subsidize logistics costs even partially. Operating from Russia and shipping electronics worldwide is incredibly difficult; direct shipping is virtually impossible due to harsh sanctions.
Our supply chain operates as follows: Vologda → Delivery to Moscow → Our assistant in Moscow hands the cargo to a specialized driver → The driver transports it to Poland through multiple borders currently under near-martial law conditions (extremely expensive) → Our personnel in Poland receives the cargo for storage → A commission is paid for every trip to the post office and the dispatch of each parcel from Poland.
The shipping cost is a direct payment for this complex chain. Thank you for your understanding.
CIS SHIPPING (FROM RUSSIA)
DISPATCH SPEED & TRACKING CODES
- Russia and Belarus: Daily shipments. Provided payment and shipping data are received before 15:00 MSK, the parcel is guaranteed to be dispatched the same day.
- From Poland: Parcels are dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment (depending on our European partner's availability).
- Tracking: After dispatch, we always send a photo of the receipt or invoice with a tracking number for monitoring via the transport company's website.
Our entire product range is not always available in the Poland warehouse. This specifically applies to booster bags and shielding fabric products (as they are custom-sewn).

Customs issues for international shipments are minimized. Over years of operation, we have developed all necessary measures to ensure no questions arise upon delivery. Parcels are declared with low value, disguised as standard household devices (PowerBanks, tools), and marked as "Gift".
Does your equipment violate shipping regulations?
— The equipment is free for transfer, shipping, purchase, and sale.
Will there be any issues with Customs upon arrival?
— Unless you disclose the purpose of the equipment yourself, nothing can be proven. Customs scans look for commercial batches, weapons, or substances. Our equipment contains nothing prohibited. All parcels are declared as a "Personal Gift" or "metal detail / electronics".
Will the magnetic detacher stick during transit?
— We know exactly what we are shipping. Every parcel is packed using maximum bulk and shielding material to ensure the magnetic field does not exceed safety limits outside the packaging. You have nothing to worry about.
Can I ship via DHL, FedEx, etc.?
— No. International shipments from the RF are sent via EMS and Polish/Russian Post only. Courier services like DHL create unnecessary Customs friction. See the Shipping section for more details.
