BEGINNER TACTICAL START

A path not everyone is strong enough to survive

Brutal Foreword

Let's be clear: my fifteen years of field experience allow me to deeply understand the specifics and the consequences of this trade. Over these years, I have evolved from a practitioner to an inventor, witnessed the evolution of EAS technology, and forged my own philosophy. This article will be read by many in the years to come.

STOP WHILE YOU STILL CAN

If you have never stepped onto this path, if the adrenaline addiction of risking law enforcement is still foreign to you—I beg you, do not start.

This path is deceptively simple at the start, but it turns into a trap that is much harder to escape than it seems. Years can slip by unnoticed, and you will find yourself exactly where you never dreamed of being.

This foreword is not a formality; it is a sincere reminder: you always have a choice, and it can be a different one—free from the burden of breaking the law.

If the Decision is Made: From Basic Attempts to Serious Capabilities

If you have already asked yourself this question, have some experience, and have decided that breaking the law is your path—and you are ready to face the consequences—let's look at the baseline.

Suppose your first steps involved simple extractions—perhaps groceries out of necessity or clothes in second-hands and small shops where protection is minimal or non-existent. Those were "childish" experiments dictated by circumstances or curiosity. But as ambition grows, you realize that the scale and risks can be entirely different. There comes a moment when you want more: stores using serious security systems—EAS gates, magnetic tags, labels, and complex sensors like "spiders" and hard cases.

Feeling this new confidence, you realize you can target something more valuable and better protected. This is where the world of real tools and deep knowledge begins.

First Steps in the World of Advanced Tools: Evolution of Methods

The first tool you will likely need—the one my own journey began with fifteen years ago—is a standard reinforced magnet. I call it "Detacher #1" not because it's the only tool, but because it was my first "key," a real "rocket" that opened almost any lock back then. In those years, neither "anti-jammer" technologies nor complex sensors like NeoTag existed. Most security tags opened with this magnet easily and quickly. It truly was number one.

Over time, security manufacturers made locks more complex, and tags requiring a Hook detacher appeared. We began making these tools by hand, then moved to factory production. This became our first hardware base.

Regarding Foil (Critical)

The next level, the next "jump" in mastery, is the art of working with foil. Initially, it seemed like a universal solution, but over time it became clear that foil is an art of trial and error. The slightest inaccuracy will fail you at the worst possible moment.

Professionals, myself included, abandoned it for several reasons: foil wears out, requires constant monitoring for micro-cracks, is impractical for bulky items, and most importantly—its use is instantly recognized by security as an aggravating circumstance. Furthermore, metal detection systems that see foil have emerged.

WHY PROS ABANDONED FOIL

This is why we actively developed and used shielding fabrics, such as our Black RF Fabric 2017. They primarily work with Radio Frequency (RF) systems, but they aren't flagged by metal detectors and are much more durable. I detail the nuances of manufacturing fabric pouches, its properties, and methods of use in the article “Technical Specifications for Manufacturing Black Fabric Pouches”.

Knowledge is Your Foundation: Immersing in Security Tech

Knowledge is your primary resource, giving you an advantage dozens of times greater than any hardware. Studying the material on this site will allow you to understand:

System Differences: Learn the difference between Acousto-Magnetic (AM), Radio-Frequency (RF), and even emerging RFID systems. These aren't just acronyms; they are entirely different operating principles requiring different approaches and tools. Without this understanding, any equipment is useless—like trying to pour diesel into a gasoline engine. All core Intel is gathered in the article “how to identify EAS gate type”.

Evolution of Protection: Understand how EAS systems evolved over decades and why old jamming or tag-removal methods became ineffective. From "dumb" gates of 30 years ago to modern systems with software adaptation and anti-jammers. Read the details in “History of Jammer Evolution”.

Vulnerabilities and Solutions: Get a detailed breakdown of specific gate and tag models, their weak points, and which tools or methods are most effective for each. The site contains photo albums of AM and RF systems, as well as detailed jammer instructions, so you can recognize them instantly—like an experienced driver distinguishes a BMW from an Audi by a single headlight.

Your First Arsenal: Choosing the Right Tools

To begin your path, based on my experience and technological progress, you will need the following primary toolset:

Detachers #2 and #3: This is the next level, designed for modern and high-security tags.

Detacher #2 (16000Gs): Capable of opening unique NEOTAG sensors with dual-lock systems, which are actively spreading in Russia and Europe (e.g., ADIDAS and REEBOK stores). No Chinese detacher can handle these.

Detacher #3 (20000Gs): The latest update (2022) and the most powerful detacher, capable of opening the most complex sensors such as DuralTag (used in LIME stores), Gauss sensors, and Sensormatic InFuzion. These are exclusive developments with no retail equivalents.

Additional Specialized Detachers: For example, Alpha S3 Handkey, DLS Fortknox, Pataco Si2. These tools are designed for unique hard cases, “spiders,” and bottle tags. Remember: every such case may house an additional, invisible AM or RF element placed near the locking mechanism. If you extract the case without shielding, it will trigger the alarm.

Read more about magnetic detacher differences and tag types in the article “Differences between Detachers and Tags”.

Advanced Level: Shielding and Jammers

Once you master the theory of AM, RF, and RFID systems, and the nuances of shielding (Article on Shielding Physics), you can consider acquiring:

Level 2Shielding

Ready-made Booster Bags: Proper manufacturing and minimizing material waste take your stealth and efficiency to a new level. Unlike foil bags, these are not flagged by metal detectors and can be sewn to custom dimensions, integrated into backpacks, or garments (see how to buy a bag from us or small black RF fabric pouch). I have personally walked this path, using dozens of bags for different missions, and I know how important it is for a bag not only to protect but to blend into your style without drawing heat.

Level 3Jammers

This is not a magic wand; it is a signal generator that, when used correctly, introduces errors into the logic of EAS systems. My jammers (Smart AM, RF, 2-in-1) are the result of years of work, hundreds of experiments, and constant improvements. They are camouflaged as standard PowerBanks, feature multiple modes for different systems, and a haptic vibration feedback system so you don't have to pull them out of your pocket. Jammers allow you to take items without removing tags, place them in regular bags, or just carry them in your hands—significantly reducing store time and risk.

(Read more in “EAS Jammers: Getting Started”).

Understand that jammers are constantly evolving because EAS manufacturers are also moving forward. This is why we constantly update firmware, release new versions, and seek solutions for the most modern pedestals. My jammers are not cheap knock-offs that “jam everything at once”; they are high-tech devices requiring understanding and mastery.

Knowledge is Your Primary Asset, Not Luck

Understand this: I don't sell "socks," and I don't expect you to just click "buy" and have everything work itself out. Everything you see is the result of 15 years of hard labor, research, fighting competitors, and a drive for technological perfection. We are the only ones truly developing this sphere, reinvesting most of our profit into new research.

Knowledge is the most valuable resource here. To start your journey, you should at least purchase something from the site (e.g., Detacher #1 or Hook Key) as a token of gratitude for the Intel and experience we share. Study the entire site and its content—every section, product description, and every link. Believe me, over time you will learn and understand much more than from any hardware available on the site. This is not just a "marketing window"; it is a living textbook built on thousands of questions and answers, real experience, and constant improvement.

If you are ready to evolve, study, read, observe, think, and repeat the process as your understanding deepens... Welcome to the professional ranks!

Rest assured, the equipment will pay for itself and bring you profit. If you think a few days of self-development is not for you, please move along. I have never chased customers and I lose nothing if you continue using foil or cleaning tags by hand.
